The Sharp app has replaced FollowMyHealth
You now have access to the Sharp app via desktop and mobile. This app replaces FollowMyHealth and allows you to easily manage your health. Learn more about the Sharp app.
Can I still access my FollowMyHealth account?
As of March 1, you can no longer perform any new actions within FollowMyHealth, but you can continue to view your past health information. Sign in to FollowMyHealth
Does my doctor use the Sharp app?
Many Sharp Community doctors participate in the Sharp app. If you visit a Sharp hospital or see a Sharp Rees-Stealy doctor, you will be able to view that health information in your profile, too.
Does the Sharp app have the same features as FollowMyHealth?
The Sharp app has the same features as FollowMyHealth, including messaging your doctor, scheduling appointments, refilling prescriptions and viewing test results.
In addition to these important benefits, the Sharp app allows you to:
- Book a virtual visit
- Pay bills and set up payment plans
- Check in for appointments
- Fill out forms before your appointment
And it's available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from any computer, tablet or smartphone.
Will my past health data migrate from FollowMyHealth to the Sharp app?
Your medical records will securely move to our new system. To ensure a smooth transition in your care, we're migrating the past 5 years of your Sharp data to our new platform. You will also continue to be able to access FollowMyHealth to view your past health information and messages, available in a read-only format.
