Kenneth Roth, MD
About Kenneth Roth, MD
Kenneth Roth, MD was one of the original founders of Sharp Community and has served on the Board of Directors since its inception in 1989, holding a number of council seats including the Executive Committee. He has been on Sharp Community's Board of Directors since 1989, and serves on the Sharp HealthCare Board of Directors. Dr. Roth was elected President of Sharp Community in July 2011.
Dr. Roth began his private practice of medicine in 1986 at Sharp Cabrillo Hospital. He went on to found San Diego Internal Medicine Associates in Kearny Mesa, and subsequently San Diego Hospitalist Associates, where he practices internal medicine and leads the Metro Hospitalist team.
Dr. Roth received his BS degree and completed his medical education and internship at the State University of New York at Buffalo. He completed his residency at UCSD Medical Center. Dr. Roth is Board Certified in Internal Medicine.

About Paul Durr

As CEO of Sharp Community, Paul Durr leads a team of 260 employees who are dedicated to supporting our 860 primary and specialty care physicians. Our independent physicians practice in more than 350 practice locations throughout San Diego, from as far North as Oceanside and Temecula, East to Alpine, and South to Coronado and Imperial Beach. Our patients have access to 20 urgent cares and 10 local hospitals, including all Sharp HealthCare, Palomar Health and Rady Children's hospitals. Each year we touch more than 350,000 lives, representing 10% of San Diego County's population.
Paul has a 25-year history with Sharp HealthCare, working primarily with Sharp Community. Paul joined Sharp Community in 1992. He served as Chief Financial Officer for 12 years and helped lead the medical group to become one of the most successful independent practice associations in the country. In 1995, Paul established the Sharp HealthCare Managed Care Finance Department responsible for the accounting and financial analysis of capitation contracts for the Sharp HealthCare system.
Most recently, Paul served as Vice President of Physician Network Development at Sharp HealthCare, focused on the launch of Sharp Care Physicians, Inc., a new network of Sharp-affiliated physicians in San Diego County. Prior to joining SCMG, Paul spent three years with Ernst and Young and in 1991 began working at Sharp HealthCare.
Paul received his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego in 1986 and CPA certificate in 1990.
In 2007, Paul Durr was named "CFO of the Year" by the San Diego Business Journal and Robert Half.
Chief Operating Officer
About Christopher McGlone
Christopher McGlone is the Chief Operating Officer for Sharp Community, the largest IPA in San Diego County and one of the largest in the state of California with over 130,000 managed care lives. Christopher joined Sharp Community in 1993, and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the medical group, including Claims, Eligibility, Encounters, Network Management, Customer Service, Marketing & Communications, Contracts and Business Development.
While at Sharp Community, Christopher successfully guided the group through tremendous growth while implementing automated processes in the areas of claims, eligibility, encounters, member services and capitation. He was instrumental in leading Sharp Community to profitability via the development of innovative capitation programs for physicians and ancillary providers. He was the executive sponsor for Sharp Community's electronic health record (EHR) and practice management (PM) system implementation.
Christopher serves on the Board of Directors of "ICE", the Healthcare Industry Collaborative Effort and served for over ten years on the board of APG, America's Physician Groups (previously CAPG).
Christopher received a Masters of Business Administration from the University of San Diego and has over thirty years of experience in the medical, health care and insurance industries, and has held management positions at FHP Healthcare and Progressive Insurance.
Lynne H. Milgram, MD, MBA

About Lynne H. Milgram, MD, MBA
Lynne Milgram, MD has been with Sharp Community since 1997 and currently supervises the Medical and Associate Medical Directors as well as the Pharmacy Department. Her day-to-day responsibilities include nursing and pharmacy clinical and quality reviews, along with actively reviewing opportunities for efficiencies and improving quality of care with physicians in their practices. She also is responsible for the Quality and Utilization Management Committees, and serves on the Executive Committee and Sharp Community Board of Directors.
Dr. Milgram has practiced medicine in San Diego since 1980, first in private practice, then as Medical Director of Outpatient Services at Harbor View Medical Center in downtown San Diego. Dr. Milgram also served as Medical Director of two national health plans first with Cigna Healthcare of San Diego followed by UnitedHealthcare.
Originally from the East Coast, Dr. Milgram received her BS degree from Queens College of the City, University of New York, her Medical Degree at La Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara, Mexico, and an MBA from San Diego State University. She also co-authored Managing Smart: 325 High-Performance Tips Every Manager Must Know, and is Board Certified in Internal Medicine.

About Matt Richardson
Matt is the newest member of our executive team, joining Sharp Community in 2018. Matt is accountable for strategic planning, business development, product development and all financial and fiscal management.
Matt brings a decade of leadership experience in health care ranging from perioperative services, large medical group practice, network development, and health system administration.
Prior to joining Sharp Community, Matt served as a Senior Director of Corporate Business Development for Scripps Health. There, he was responsible for the leadership and execution of key organizational initiatives including all aspects of acquisition and affiliated relationships. Most notably, Matt was instrumental in developing and implementing the Scripps ACO and direct to employer relationships.
Matt received his Bachelor's Degree from High Point University and Master's Degree from the University of Phoenix.
