Understanding How Medicare Works

If you’re almost 65 or plan to retire soon, learn the basics of how Medicare works, including the three different paths to coverage.

Understanding Medicare Part A

Learn about Medicare Part A benefits, such as inpatient hospital stay, skilled nursing facility care, home health care and hospice care.

Medicare Part B is your outpatient coverage; this includes things like visits to your primary or specialty care doctors or outpatient hospital services.
