Doximity Dialer Video for Telemedicine

Doximity Dialer Video is available — free of charge — to Sharp Community Medical Group physicians and advanced practice clinicians (nurse practitioners and physician assistants) through Sharp HealthCare's enterprise license with Doximity.
If you already have a Doximity account that you created using your Sharp email address, you will no longer be charged for your account. If you are still being charged, contact your Network Management Specialist to resolve the issue.

An account may already be set up for you. We provided Doximity with more than 1,300 NPIs of physicians and advance practice clinicians affiliated with Sharp Community. Find out if you already have an account:
- Go to Doximity.com
- Enter your name in the "Find My Profile" search field.
- Verify your identity.
- Finish creating your profile. Sharp Community has provided basic information.
Doximity did not locate my name and I have a Sharp email address.
- Create a new account using your Sharp email address. You will automatically be added to the Sharp enterprise license and will not have to pay for the service.

What is Doximity Dialer Video?
Doximity's Dialer Video is a telemedicine app that connects you to your patients for HIPAA-compliant, face-to-face medical appointments. Doximity is accessible through any iPhone or Android mobile device and most web browsers. Patients are not required to download an app or create an account and your cell number remains private.

- For help setting up a Doximity account view the Doximity job aid, which includes helpful screenshots.
- For urgent support issues call Doximity at 650-870-2727 Monday through Friday, 6 am to 5 pm. There is usually no wait time for phone support. If there is a wait, the wait time is 30 seconds on average. Users are prompted to leave a voicemail if outside of phone support hours. Calls are returned during phone support hours.
- For non-urgent issues email Doximity at dialervip@doximity.com. Expected response time is within one business day.
